When you reach out to us, we collect the details you choose to share. That usually means your name, a mobile number, and an email address so we can get back to you about your project. We don't gather information from your device in the background, and we don't buy data from third parties.

We use the information you share to respond to your inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver the services we've agreed on, and keep you updated about your project. If you've signed up for an account, we also use it to keep your details together in one place. We may occasionally send you a note about work we think could be relevant to you, but you can always ask us to stop.

We treat your information carefully. Access to the data you share is restricted to the people at Fiyasis who genuinely need it to serve you. We store it in secured environments, and when you register with us, your password is stored as an encrypted hash rather than in plain text. That said, no system is ever 100% secure, and we keep our safeguards under review as threats evolve.

4. Sharing

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't rent it out either. Where we work with partners who help us run our business, we only share the minimum needed, and they're bound to keep it confidential. We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights and safety.

5. Your Rights

If you'd like to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request that we delete it, just write to us at hello@fiyasis.com. We'll respond as quickly as we reasonably can, and we'll never penalize you for exercising these rights.
